Erin Caldwell and I are sitting here in my office in Denver having a cup of tea. It’s about 70 degrees out and not a cloud in the sky.
Erin’s Mom is shopping and she has a full Colorado weekend planned with her family.
Hi guys! (This is Erin.) This has been a fun trip so far … meeting lots of fun people. And even though Dee didn’t stand to shake my hand (his left foot is swollen to twice its normal size because he “thinks he can still play basketball at his age”), we’ve had a nice long chat! You guys should stop in and say hello to Dee and his crew if you’re ever in town. Denver is a great city …
I’ts Dee again…Talk to you later MarcomBlog gang…I haven’t made any constructive posts lately…I’ve been having too much reading all about the Strumpette.

Wow! Denver sounds great after a hot week in the sun! That is so cool Erin that you can sit and chat with a blog contributor. I met some interesting folks on the cruise i took for spring break, but none of them were of blog contributor status. Hope the trip was educational and an amazing time! Dee, I hope your leg gets better, and you CAN play basketball at any age!

I agree with Carolyn! I think it’s great that Erin gets to actually meet one of the contributors that we other students only get to talk to via blogging! I was actually in Denver over spring break for an interview for an internship this summer! It’s with a company called Great West and I would be helping with the special events side of the company! They told me that they would contact me after my spring break, but the girl that I am friends with that works there said that they were very impressed with me and that I could almost hope for an entry-level position after I graduate! How great is that?! I also got an internship in New York which would be ideal but we’ll see how things go. Sorry to hear about your foot Dee, but at least you have a cool story to tell! Look forward to blogging in the future and I hope you enjoyed your visit to Denver!

Denver is amazing! Well, at least the airport is. I recently got back form Denver after a long week of spring breaking. In Colorado I mostly stayed in Boulder but that is one of the most beautiful states I have ever seen. I have never seen anything close to a mountain so I was amazed the entire time. I think that is great that Erin got to go out there. I wish I knew she was going so that maybe Nicole and I could have met up with her! I am jealous that she got to spend so much time in Denver. The think I was most impressed with in Colorado is weird but the tap water there is amazing! Other than the water, the scenery was gorgeous. I am sure Erin learned all kinds of things and I can’t wait to hear all about it when I see her next!

Hey Dee.
How was Colorado? Hope it was fun.
I’m heading to SnowMass in December and I hope for lots of fresh powder. Did you guys ski while there? Well, not you considering your ankle. Sorry to hear about that. I guess it is healing quite nicely now.
I always love traveling out west. It gives me a sense of calmness that you can only sustain in the mountains. The crisp air and nipping cold is only the start.
Anyway…
I hear they legalized marijuana in Denver. I Hope you guys didn’t toke on the reefer. It impairs your judgement.
Hope all is well Dee.
